Warranty Terms & Claim Process

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty period and type shown on the product page/invoice apply to that particular device. Brand warranty, where specifically mentioned, is governed by the respective brand's warranty terms. MKG GLOBAL warranty applies only where MKG GLOBAL warranty is stated on the invoice/product.

2. 7-Day Easy Replacement

A valid functional issue reported within 7 days of delivery may be eligible for replacement, subject to verification. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair/tampering or other exclusions may make the claim ineligible.

3. How to Raise a Warranty Claim

Share the invoice number and model/IMEI or serial number.
Describe the issue clearly.
Share a short video (around 30 seconds) showing the issue.
Share 4–5 clear photographs showing the device and reported issue.
MKG GLOBAL will verify the invoice, IMEI/serial number and warranty eligibility and advise the next step.

4. Inspection & Service

If required, the device must be submitted to the designated service centre as instructed. The device may be inspected for the reported fault, physical/liquid damage, unauthorised repair, tampering and other warranty exclusions. Where applicable, MKG GLOBAL may arrange pickup as per courier availability.

5. Resolution Timeline

For eligible claims, the target resolution TAT is up to 7 working days from receipt of the device at the designated regional service centre, subject to parts/service availability and inspection findings.

6. Important Exclusions

Warranty does not normally cover accidental/physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised opening or repair, tampering, cosmetic wear and tear, or issues outside the stated warranty coverage. Final eligibility is determined after verification and inspection.
